When handed the only existing vaccine, FRODE; would-be musician, instagram poet and technically-not-still-living-in-his-mom’s-basement-as-he-has-his-own-entrance; considers himself The Chosen One. His quest: Deliver the vaccine to the mysterious STATION ECHO, where the country’s smartest people are said to be in hiding. He is aided by the chain-smoking, self-proclaimed girlboss TRINE; the infuriatingly positive LONE, personal trainer and perfect physical specimen JOKKE; doomsday prepper and alpha male PERRY (IQ 139); and Thea: A dark-souled girl with a compulsion to burn down everything she sees.

Their biggest threat, however, isn’t the post-apocalyptic landscape, the ravaging dumbies, or the fact that time is running out. But their complete lack of any usable skills, survival instincts, or ability to cooperate, now that the comfortable cushions of civilization has been snapped away from them.

They are not the heroes we need. Or the heroes we deserve...

They are humanity’s worst hope for survival. But they are the only ones we’ve got.
