
99 TO BEAT SELLS IN 12 TERRITORIES
On Saturday 1st February at 9.35pm, the premiere episode reached 768000 viewers and 14.9% share in the 25-59 demo, almost doubling the station average and beating All Together Now on competitor RTL4.
In comparison to the previous weeks slot, the local adaption of 99 To Beat saw an increase of viewers by 30% total and in the target group by 50%. The launch was one of two for SBS6 on Saturday night, with a strong lead in by number 1 Dutch host Linda de Mols new quiz. The Dutch adaption is produced by Fabiola.
As of Tuesday 28th January, the third series also returned to één in Belgium with a 42.5% share in 4+. The daily series, Homo Universalis, has seen online companion viewership almost triple for episodes on Facebook.
The format from VRT, De Chinezen and Talpa has had rights placed in 11 countries since its launch at MIPCOM 2019.
In 99 To Beat being a good all-rounder is the only thing that matters. 100 people will compete in 100 everyday, normal challenges, you just have to avoid coming last or face elimination! The multi-talented last man standing will take the grand prize home. And have beaten the 99!
